** PRESENTATION SCHEDULE **
You are required to be ready in front of your presentation hall 10-15 minutes before your presenting time!!!
* 10 minutes presentation includes the system installation and jurys' question section. You are responsible for bringing any adaptor that will be needed to connect your systems to the projector (which is currently using a VGA connection).
** Those students who miss attending their presentation on time will lose their chances of presenting!!

ITEC404 REPORT SUBMISSION AND PRESENTATION DATE IS 3rd OF JANUARY,2019, THURSDAY, PRESENTATION HOUR.
THE PRESENTATION SCHEDULE WILL BE ANNOUNCED FROM THIS PAGE SOON. (THOSE STUDENTS WHOSE ADVISOR ATTENDANCE IS LESS THAN 60% WILL NOT BE ABLE TO PRESENT THEIR PROJECT)
ITEC404 REPORT MUST BE SUBMITTED IN 2 HARD COPIES AND 1 SOFT COPY (report + codes).
For any late submission of the reports and CD, there will be a 10% deduction for each day after the due date

**No ready codes or frameworks are allowed in the construction phase of the project.

*** Each member is required to meet with their supervisor weekly to share on their project progress. In the case of meeting the supervisor less than 60% overall, the student will not be able to attend the presentation.

**Report Submission: The project written report should be submitted the same day of the presentations just before starting the presentation. Submissions will be made to jury members at the presentation hall. The submission must include 2 printed copies of the report and a CD (softcopy) for the report and source codes.

**Project Submission: The last day to submit the written report is the 23rd of May, by 16:00. Submissions will be made to Şensev İlkan or Hüsnü Bayramoğlu by the team members. The submission must include 2 printed copies of the report and a CD (softcopy) for the report and source codes.
