1- A Project Planning & Management Report (PPM report)
2- Progress Report Meeting Forms Signed by your Supervisor (At Least 8, Scan and Attach them to the Appendix of your Final Report before sending)
3- A Final Report and your PPT (For Jury Day). Attached them directly to your mail, DON'T SEND them from Cloud as link.
4- Codes_Docs.rar file (may involve a portion of your source codes, DB Schemas, all outputs/documents, etc.)
NOTE: Please keep the rar file containing your source codes limited enough to be sent via email. If it is too heavy to be sent via email, you can attach its cloud link to your email.
IMPORTANT NOTICE 2:
- TEAM LEADERS AND SUPERVISORS ARE RESPONSIBLE TO CHECK THE REPORTS AND MAKE SURE THE REPORTS (PPM OR FINAL) HAVE NOT BEEN CREATED BY ANY AI CONTENT EDITOR BEFORE SUBMITTING.
IF YOUR REPORTS (PPM OR FINAL) OR YOUR SOURCE CODES ARE PRODUCED BY ANY ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE EDITOR (e.g. CHATGPT,DEEPSEEK, AI GRAPH TOOLS, ETC.), YOUR REPORTS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND WILL BE CONSIDERED AS COPY.
ALSO, ZERO GRADE WILL BE GIVEN TO ALL TEAM MEMBERS.
LEADERS CAN USE ANY AI CHECK TOOL OR TURNITIN TOOL FOR THIS TASK.
LEADERS CAN USE STD MAIL ADDRESS WHEN SIGN IN/LOGIN TO THE TURNITIN SYSTEM.
