Construction Project of Koop Bank Headquarters in Nicosia, Cyprus – Assistant Project Manager

NETA engineering has been commissioned by board of directors of the Cooperative Central Bank of north Cyprus for the supervision, control and management for the construction of their main headquarters building. The construction area for the 11 storey commercial building was approximately 7,000m² with a contract value of approximately £2.7 million.

 Pell Frischmann – Construction Engineer of Traffic & Transportation (February – August 2015)         

Development of a transportation master plan for Mesaieed Industrial City (MIC), Qatar – Construction Engineer
Pell Frischmann has been commissioned by Qatar Petroleum to produce a Transport Master Plan for Mesaieed Industrial City which is a major industrial and port city south of Doha. The population and economic activity of MIC is predicted to grow rapidly in the next 20 years. While this growth will bring problems in the provision of infrastructure and services, the expansion of the city to meet this growth offer unique opportunities to integrate land use with multi-modal transport develop and efficient, reliable, safe and sustainable city . Pell Frischman is currently developing a transport strategy to meet the growing demand of the city in future.

High Level Highways Assessment, Reedings Junior School – Construction Enginee
The aim of High Level Highways Assessment is to consider and identify current and potential issues that may exist on the surrounding highway, and which could act as a barrier to the expansion, and put forward solutions which, if accepted, can be refined through a detailed assessment process.
