Eastern Mediterranean University (EMU), every year organises an entry exam for Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC) and Republic of Turkey students, in order to place them in to university programs. In light of the pandemic being experienced this year, and keeping the process in mind, a decision has been made to implement a new format.

According to decision taken by the senate during a meeting held on 29th April 2020, high school graduates or students that have studied the 12th grade, will be able to apply to all programs providing education within EMU via an online system created, and will be placed in the programs they prefer by evaluating their success during their high school education. Students who will receive scholarship education in EMU programs in the 2020-2021 Academic Year will also be determined through the same system and by considering their success during their high school education. Students will be able to submit their applications to the EMU Student Selection and Placement System online for free between 18 May and 10 June 2020. Placement results will be announced on 24 June 2020. Detailed information on the subject will be given in the coming days
