YR-MM-DD Task and Deliverables 19-12-12 Start to project, Team shall complete the first meeting before 19-13-12 is over (11:59 by local time) The first meeting targets task division among team members. It shall also determine a document coordinator (default is team leader), who shall organize a storage for documents in a cloud environment such as dropbox or yandex disk. 19-12-16 Meeting Brief (a summary about the team (list of team members who started to the project) shall be delivered to e-mail cmpe423lab@gmail.com by the document coordinator. 19-12-19 Each team member shall deliver a preliminary report on the project, including the social impacts of the product before the task assignment meeting which shall be completed until midnight (11:59 local time) of 19-12-19. 19-12-23 Document coordinator shall deliver the brief on collected preliminary-reports, and assigned tasks before the midnight by local time. 19-12-26 Document coordinator shall deliver a progress status report on the assigned tasks. 19-12-30 Teams shall deliver their first presentation before 16:20 of Dec.30. For the presentation, team shall submit a hardcopy of the report, and provide cloud access to { i) final report, ii) Prosis schematics design, iii) CC8E coding files iv) hex files } of the project. Presentation is close to visitors and students other than the team members. Any team members who did not appear in team presentation keep their previous grades for both report and presentation (default of both starts from 0). Report grades of each member may differ since each is responsible of different parts in the reports. Team members who did not appear before or on this date in presentation will have 10 points grade-reduction both on their later report and presentation grades. 20-01-20 The last day of final report and presentation to improve project grades. A presentation is compulsory to improve the report or presentation grades. Teams shall book presentation time at least four hours before the presentation, and they shall deliver a hardcopy of updated report at least two hours befor the presentation. Typical grading criteria: - If you do not appear in any presentation your default grade will be zero for final report, and zero for presentation - Fully working simulation and well described project report gets full grade. - Missing parts such as skipped items, non-reported tests etc. are the main source of grade discounts. - Attempt to copy materials from any source including the previous year projects will nullify the grade of copied parts.
