In-Service Training Given to University Personnel

20th December, 2004:   Preparation of an Agenda and the writing up of the Minutes of a Meeting                                                                       course given to Ms. Sulan Gül, an Executive Secretary in EMU.

8 – 10th October, 2004:  Office Management course to the secretaries in the Faculty of Business and                                                                  Economics.

15 – 29 May, 2004:           In-service training to Executive Assistants organized by EMU Human                                                                                Resources Management Office.      

 

In-Service Examinations (preparation of questions, marking of papers, organizing of exams)

29th March, 2006:       Prepared an Administrative Staff Promotion examination for the Clerks and                                                                 Secretaries.

10th February, 2001:  Prepared and marked the 'General Office Management' exam questions                                                                       (Excel and Word) for the the Administrative Staff Promotion Exam. This                                                                          consisted of a 20 question exam sheet, an Excel question, a Windows for Word                                                             question requiring a table and another Word question requiring the typing up a                                                          letter.

4th November, 2000:  Prepared the examination to be taken by the applicants for the post of                                                                          Administrative Services Staff.
