The aim of this course is to teach the students semiconductor devices, basic amplifier concepts, diodes, P-N junction diodes and its applications, Bipolar Junction Transistors (BJTs), Field-Effect Transistors: MOSFETs, JFETs transistor biasing and their use as switch and amplifier.
