Dr. Gürtaç Yemişcioğlu is a qualified and accomplished professional with a strong educational background and extensive experience in the field of Electronics Engineering. He earned his First Class BEng (Hons) in Computer Systems Engineering with a year in industry degree from the University of Kent, Canterbury, in 2009. Following his undergraduate studies, he completed his PhD in Electronics Engineering in 2015.

Dr. Yemişcioğlu's journey in the world of electronics and engineering began at Intel Corporation UK, where he gained valuable industry experience before embarking on his doctoral research. His PhD work was dedicated to the VLSI implementation of low-power arithmetic circuits, with a particular emphasis on adiabatic logic and logarithmic signal processing.

Over the years, Dr. Yemişcioğlu has made significant contributions as an educator and researcher. From 2015 to 2019, he served as a part-time instructor at three renowned institutions: Eastern Mediterranean University (EMU), Cyprus International University (CIU), and Middle East Technical University - Northern Cyprus Campus (METU-NCC). From 2019 to 2023, he furthered his career as a full-time instructor at METU-NCC, where he continued to inspire and educate the next generation of engineers and innovators.

Currently, Dr. Yemişcioğlu is continuing his academic journey as a part-time instructor at EMU, where he imparts his wealth of knowledge and experience to eager minds. His teaching portfolio covers various subjects, including digital integrated circuits design, embedded systems, adiabatic logic, quantum cellular automata, and beyond CMOS design techniques. Dr. Yemişcioğlu's dedication to education and his passion for cutting-edge research make him a valuable asset in the world of electronics and engineering.
