📢 CMPE/CMSE/BLGM – GRADUATION PROJECT ANNOUNCEMENT

📌 IMPORTANT NOTICE 1 – REQUIRED DOCUMENTS

All students must submit the following documents:

1️⃣ 📄 Project Planning & Management Report (PPM) – Word file

• Attach directly to your e-mail!

2️⃣ 📝 Supervisor-signed Progress Report Meeting Forms

• Minimum 4, Maximum 8 forms for 405 students

• Scan and attach to the APPENDIX section of your Final Report.

3️⃣ 📄 Final Report – Word file

• Attach directly to your e-mail!

4️⃣ 💻 SourceCodes_Docs.rar (if available)

• Include source codes, database, and other project outputs.

• If the file is too large, provide a cloud link ONLY for this file.

• The link should allow unlimited access and be downloadable.

📌 IMPORTANT NOTICE 2 – SUBMISSION

📩 The Team Leader must send documents 1–4 to the following e-mails on the deadlines:

⚠️ Team Leader is responsible for all communications and report submissions.

📌 IMPORTANT NOTICE 3 – PPM REPORT CONTENT

✅ The following items must be completed in your 405 PPM report by the end of the semester:

• Project Preliminary Information tables
• Student Group Information table
• Project Introduction (summary, keywords, objectives, innovative points, contributions, methods, economic/national outputs)
• Selected Software Development Life Cycle Methodology
• Risks, strategies, and B plans evaluated
• Project team list and responsibilities
• Organization Chart
Use PERT or CPM techniques to estimate project duration (shown in Project Task Network Diagram)
• Function Point (FP) Analysis / KLOC estimation
• Use COCOMO or other methods to estimate total time, budget, or man/month ratio
• Techniques to reduce project duration (e.g., Crashing, FastTracking)
• Work Package list with detailed tables
• Gantt chart using a project management tool (MS Project, IBM Rational, etc.)
• Intermediate outputs list with start and end dates
• Equipment / Tools / Software / Publication table
• Periodic Expenses Table, etc.
