Required Documents

IMPORTANT NOTICE 1: 

All required documents at the end of semester:

1- A Project Planning & Management Report (PPM report)

2-  Progress Report Meeting Forms Signed by your Supervisor (At Least 8, Attach them to the Appendix of your Final Report)

3- A Final Report and your PPT (For Jury Day)

4-  Codes_Docs.rar file (involves IF YOU HAVE ANY the produced documents, source codes, DB Schemas, all outputs of project, etc., NOTE: Please keep your source codes limited enough to be sent by e-mail.)

IMPORTANT NOTICE 2: 

  •  IF YOUR REPORTS (PPM OR FINAL) OR YOUR SOURCE CODES ARE PRODUCED BY ANY ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE EDITOR (e.g. CHATGPT OR OTHERS) YOUR REPORTS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND WILL BE CONSIDERED AS A COPY.

  • ALSO, ZERO GRADE WILL BE GIVEN TO ALL TEAM MEMBERS.

  • TEAM LEADERS ARE RESPONSIBLE TO CHECK THEIR REPORTS AND MAKE SURE THE REPORTS (PPM OR FINAL) HAVE NOT BEEN CREATED BY ANY AI CONTENT EDITOR BEFORE SUBMITTING THEM.

  • LEADERS CAN USE TURNITIN TOOL FOR THIS: https://www.turnitin.com/login_page.asp?lang=en_us

  • LEADERS  CAN USE STD MAIL ADDRESS WHEN SIGN IN/LOGIN TO THE TURNITIN SYSTEM.

  • THERE ARE MANY YOUTUBE MATERIALS ABOUT HOW TO GET AI SCORE FROM A DOCUMENT ON THE TURNITIN SYSTEM. PLS FIND PROPER VIDEOS ABOUT IT, WATCH AND LEARN.
