IMPORTANT NOTICE 1:

Announcement to the students who will take CMSE 405:

1- To establish a project team, identify 3-4 friends.

2- Contact/find  a project supervisor who will manage your project and get his approval (via mail or MS teams)

3- When you get approval, your project supervisor should send an e-mail to your academic advisor stating that he/she accepts you (separately for each student's academic advisor)

4- Then, your academic advisor is able to register/assign you to the CMSE 405 course and to your selected project supervisor.

5- See the proposed project topics for this semester under the PROJECT TOPICs of this website.

6- Shortly, after defining all team membersselecting a project topic, finding to a supervisor, you can then send these details to us by mail.

IMPORTANT NOTICE  2:

1) Please send an email about your group teammates, your advisor, and topic on 01 MARCH 2024 until 16.00

NOTETeam Leader is responsible from all communications and delivery of mails/reports during project lifecycle.


2) Deadline for Project Planning & Management (PPM as one Word file) reports: 

15 APRIL 2024before 16.00

Mandatory Mails: duygu.celik@emu.edu.tr; nada.kollah@emu.edu.tr; your PROJECT SUPERVISOR mail.

3) Deadline for submission of Project Final reports: 23 MAY 2024 before 16.00.

NOTE: ONE FINAL REPORT (as one Word file) + Meeting with Supervisor Forms (Signed, Attached to your Final  Report) ONE .rar / .zip file (includes all the produced documents, source codes, database, all outputs of your project, etc.)

NOTE: LATE SUBMISSIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED!

IMPORTANT NOTICE 3:

TEAM LEADERS SHOULD BE CAREFUL ABOUT THE SUBMISSON INSTRUCTIONS MENTIONED BELOW.

While Sending All Your Mails, PLEASE write the following note in the SUBJECT section of your mail:

CMSE 405 GRAD PRJ PPM or FINAL REPORT - PRJ GR X - TERM & YEAR (SPRING 23 / 24) - Name of  YOUR SUPERVISOR: Prof. Dr. XXXXX XXXXX"

WRITE the following note in your mail:

Your Project Title: "XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX"

Group Members Names and Departments:

"1- xxxxxxxx (CMXE),

CMXE MEAN IS: YOU WILL WRITE ONE OF (CMPE or CMSE) FOR EACH STD.

Files sent in your Rar / zip file: "1- xxxxxxxx, 2-yyyyyyyyyyyy, 3-zzzzzzzzzzzzzzz, 4- ttttttttttttttt"


IMPORTANT NOTICE 4:

  • IF YOUR REPORTS (PPM OR FINAL) OR YOUR SOURCE CODES ARE PRODUCED BY ANY ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE EDITOR (e.g. CHATGPT OR OTHERS), YOUR REPORTS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND WILL BE CONSIDERED AS COPY.

  • ALSO, ZERO GRADE WILL BE GIVEN TO ALL TEAM MEMBERS.

  • TEAM LEADERS ARE RESPONSIBLE TO CHECK THEIR REPORTS AND MAKE SURE THE REPORTS (PPM OR FINAL) HAVE NOT BEEN CREATED BY ANY AI CONTENT EDITOR BEFORE SUBMITTING.

  • LEADERS CAN USE TURNITIN TOOL OR ANY OTHER TOOL FOR THIS TASK.

  • LEADERS CAN USE STD MAIL ADDRESS WHEN SIGN IN/LOGIN TO THE TURNITIN SYSTEM.
