Students will prepare 3 reports for their group term project in this semester:

1-First_Project_Report_Template_Proposal-PLANNING AND MANAGEMENT REPORT

2-Intermediate_Project_Report_Template-SRS REPORT

3-Final_Project_Report_Template-FINAL REPORT

Important Dates of Your Term Assignment

Week 3: 21.10.2022 until 16.00.

STEP 1: LAST DAY TO SEND YOUR PROJECT TOPIC & TEAM MEMBERS DETAILS TO YOUR ASSISTANT.

Select Your Project Title in the list below OR ask your assistant: https://nevonprojects.com/project-ideas/software-project-ideas/

note: ALSO, REQUEST A PROJECT ID/NO FROM ASSISTANT.

Week 6: 11.11.2022 until 16.00.

STEP 2:  SEND A PPM REPORT (%10)

(Submission of Project Planning & Management Report- PPM)

SEND YOUR REPORT TO YOUR COURSE ASSISTANT. NOT TO INSTRUCTOR! TEAM LEADER IS RESPPNSIBLE TO DO THIS.

Week 10: 05 - 09. 12. 2022

(presentations will be during lecture hours)

 

before coming your presentation, please send your mail.


STEP 3:  SEND A SRS REPORT + PRESENTATION (%15)

(Submission of Software Requirements Specification Report- SRS)

1) Presentation (a ppt), 15 mins, all group members will present FACE-2-FACE DURING LECTURE HOUR.

2) Prepare the followings:

Planning Activities, Functional/Nonfunctional Requirements, UML Designs (Use Case, Activity, Sequence, State, Context, Class diagrams etc.), UI designs (Adobe XD, Proto IO, Mock Flow), etc.

3) Send your SRS REPORT to ME by e-mail. NOT TO YOUR COURSE ASSISTANT.

4) ln YOUR mail, YOU SHOULD WRITE:

TO SUBJECT:  FALL 2022-2023 + CMSE 201+ COURSE GR NO+ SRS REPORT + YOUR PROJECT ID/NO

INSIDE MAIL: PROJECT TITLE + EACH TEAM MEMBER ID&NAME

5) Late submissions will get 0.

6) The team leader should responsible to send the SRS REPORT + PPT DOCUMENT before the presentation day.

7) VERY IMPORTANT NOTE: During the presentations, each student is responsible for presenting his/her own part produced. It is strictly forbidden to present materials produced by someone else in the presentation.

Week 13: 26 - 30. 12. 2022

(presentations will be during lecture hours)

STEP 4:  SEND FINAL REPORT + PRESENTATION (%15)

(Submission of Final Report- FINAL REPORT)

1) Presentation (a ppt), 15 mins, all group members will present FACE-2-FACE DURING LECTURE HOUR.

2) Present  ONLY UI designs (Adobe XD, Proto IO, Mock Flow, etc.), User Guide Details,  Algorithms, Required Libs, Demo of your program (OPTIONAL), Test (OPTIONAL), etc. activities.

3) Send your FINAL REPORT to ME by e-mail. NOT TO YOUR COURSE ASSISTANT.

4) ln YOUR mail, YOU SHOULD WRITE:

TO SUBJECT:  FALL 2022-2023 + CMSE 201+ COURSE GR NO+ FINAL REPORT + FINAL PPT + YOUR PROJECT ID/NO

INSIDE MAIL: PROJECT TITLE + EACH TEAM MEMBER ID&NAME
