1-PLANNING AND MANAGEMENT REPORT

2-Intermediate_Report-SRS REPORT

3-FINAL REPORT

Important Dates of Your Term Assignment

Step #1:

14.10.2024 until 16.00

STEP 1: LAST DAY TO SEND YOUR PROJECT TOPIC & TEAM MEMBERS DETAILS TO COURSE ASSISTANT.

Note: ALSO, ASK A PROJECT ID/NO FROM COURSE ASSISTANT.

Step #2:

 28.10.2024 until 16.00.

STEP 2:  SEND A PPM REPORT (%10)

(Submission of Project Planning Report- PPM)

SEND YOUR REPORT TO YOUR COURSE ASSISTANT. NOT TO INSTRUCTOR! TEAM LEADER IS RESPONSIBLE TO DO THIS.

Step #3:

28.11.2024 until 16.00

(presentations will be during lecture hours)

 

before coming your presentation, leaders please send your Report + PPT via mail.

STEP 3:  SEND YOUR SRS REPORT + PPT (%15)

(Submission of SRS Report + Your PPT doc)

1) Presentation (a ppt), 15 mins, all group members will present FACE-2-FACE during lecture hour.

2) Prepare the followings:

Planning Activities, Functional/Nonfunctional Requirements, UML Designs (Use Case, Activity, Sequence, State, Context, Class diagrams etc.), UI designs (Adobe XD, Proto IO, Mock Flow), etc.

3) Send your SRS Report to ME by e-mail. NOT TO YOUR COURSE ASSISTANT.

4) ln YOUR mail, YOU SHOULD WRITE:

TO SUBJECT:  FALL 2024-2025 + CMSE 201+ COURSE GR NO+ SRS REPORT + PPT + YOUR PROJECT ID/NO

INSIDE MAIL: PROJECT TITLE + EACH TEAM MEMBER ID&NAME

5) Late submissions will get 0.

6) The team leader should responsible to send the SRS REPORT + PPT DOCUMENT before the presentation day.

7) VERY IMPORTANT NOTE: During the presentations, each student is responsible for presenting his/her own part produced. It is strictly forbidden to present materials produced by someone else in the presentation.

23 - 27.12.2024

(presentations will be during lecture hours.)

STEP 4:  SEND FINAL REPORT + PRESENTATION (%15)

(Submission of Final Report- FINAL REPORT)

1) Presentation (a ppt), 15 mins, all group members will present FACE-2-FACE DURING LECTURE HOUR.

2) Present  ONLY UI designs (Adobe XD, Proto IO, Mock Flow, etc.), User Guide,  Algorithms Planned, Required Libs, Demo of your program (OPTIONAL), Test (OPTIONAL), etc. activities.

3) Send your FINAL REPORT to ME by e-mail. NOT TO YOUR COURSE ASSISTANT.

4) ln YOUR mail, YOU SHOULD WRITE:

TO SUBJECT:  FALL 2024-2025+ CMSE 201+ COURSE GR NO+ FINAL REPORT + FINAL PPT + YOUR PROJECT ID/NO

INSIDE MAIL: PROJECT TITLE + EACH TEAM MEMBER ID&NAME

  • IF YOUR REPORTS (PPM, SRS, OR FINAL) OR YOUR SOURCE CODES ARE PRODUCED BY ANY ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE EDITOR (e.g. CHATGPT OR OTHERS), YOUR REPORTS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND WILL BE CONSIDERED AS COPY.

  • ALSO, ZERO GRADE WILL BE GIVEN TO ALL TEAM MEMBERS.

  • TEAM LEADERS ARE RESPONSIBLE TO CHECK THEIR REPORTS AND MAKE SURE THE REPORTS (PPM, SRS, OR FINAL) HAVE NOT BEEN CREATED BY ANY AI CONTENT EDITOR BEFORE SUBMITTING.

  • LEADERS CAN USE TURNITIN TOOL OR ANY OTHER TOOLS FOR THIS TASK.

  • LEADERS CAN USE STD MAIL ADDRESS WHEN SIGN IN/LOGIN TO THE TURNITIN SYSTEM.
