To be eligible for a make-up exam, students must submit an official medical report to the department secretary within three (3) days after the exam date.
Cheat sheets are NOT allowed in any make-up exam.
Students are responsible for all chapters covered in the course.

No make-up or postponement is allowed for term project presentations.
Students must attend and be ready on time to deliver their term project presentations.

If a student does not attend both the midterm and the final exam, the final grade will be recorded as “NG."
If a student misses three (3) or more laboratory sessions during the semester, the final grade will be recorded as “NG."

IF YOUR REPORTS (PPM, SRS, OR FINAL) OR YOUR SOURCE CODES ARE PRODUCED BY ANY ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE EDITOR (e.g. CHATGPT, DEEPSEEK, AI GRAPH TOOLS, ETC.), YOUR REPORTS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND WILL BE CONSIDERED AS A COPY.
ALSO, ZERO GRADE WILL BE GIVEN TO ALL TEAM MEMBERS.
TEAM LEADERS ARE RESPONSIBLE TO CHECK THEIR REPORTS AND MAKE SURE THEIR REPORTS (PPM, SRS, SDS, OR FINAL) HAVE NOT BEEN CREATED BY ANY AI CONTENT EDITOR BEFORE SUBMITTING.
LEADERS CAN USE ANY AI CHECK TOOL OR TURNITIN TOOL FOR THIS TASK.
LEADERS MAY USE STD MAIL ADDRESS WHEN SIGN IN/LOGIN TO THE TURNITIN SYSTEM.
